Bright & lively pinot with an elegant nose leading to flavors of cherry, strawberry, citrus, pepper and nutmeg. Bright acids and open fruit are balanced by black licorice, tobacco and cola. The wine falls squarely in the lighter category of pinot noir.
Macallan double cask 12 year whisky, herb spirit & slow gin.

Tasting notes of strawberries, blackcurrants, cherries, prunes, chocolate and tobacco enhance the chocolate and dried fruit for this selection.
Chewy dark chocolate bark with dried fruits.
- 2013 Aster Crianza Ribera Del Duero Spain
- Fungus Amongus
Deep, dark cherry red, almost black; clean and bright. Very intense forest berry nose with redcurrants, blackberries, violets and fennel leading to a complex background of sweet spices, liquorice, cedar, incense, tobacco leaves and cocoa powder. Powerful, in the mouth, with great structure and balance; mineral, with a pleasant acidity and creamy tannins providing a delectable, elegant mouthfeel.

- Mole Negro Chocolate Soft Toffee
The 2015 Mordecai has an enticing nose of pepper, violets, cigar and cassis. On the palate it is a mouthwatering mélange of red berry and plum flavors backed by earthy tones of herb roasted meat and fresh black trumpet giving way to a spice-laden finish.

This Chardonnay highlights a beautiful vintage with generous aromatics of white pineapple, minerals, pear and green plum. The vibrantly avorful palate hints of the same, with pineapple, papaya, and stony minerality. Finishes with fresh, mouthwatering acidity.
The flavors of Primitivo are, naturally, very similar to those of Zinfandel, but often it is somewhat earthier, leaner, and more structured. Characteristics include ripe berry fruit, plum, black pepper, fresh earth, and sweet baking spice.
